Mindanao grows both Arabica and Robusta, each with its own strengths. Arabica offers bright, fruity notes while Robusta brings body and a bold kick. Blending or featuring them single-origin lets us craft cups that range from delicate and floral to deep and chocolatey.
Why direct sourcing matters
